Sales Representative

• Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field OR a minimum of 3 years of sales or industry experience.
• Can travel up to 40% of your schedule.

📖 What you will work hands-on
1. Building Connections
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers and maintain those with current and past customers.

• Be a friendly and helpful point of contact for customers and leads.

2. Understanding Needs
Engage in meaningful conversations with customers and leads to uncover their unique product needs.

Show how our products or services can address their specific requirements.

3. Customer Happiness

• Make sure our customers are delighted by maintaining open communication and tending to any concerns that may arise after a sale.

• Keep customers in the loop about exciting new products and enhancements that align with their interests.

4. Sales Activity and Quoting

• Generate and manage quotes through the CRM system to provide customers with clear and fair information.

• Ensure the accurate and up-to-date recording of all customer interactions, sales activities, and quotes within the Hubspot CRM.

6. Product demonstrations/customer visits

• Conduct product demos for potential customers, involving travel and the physical setup of our tents.

• Showcase the practical applications and benefits of our products in a hands-on and engaging manner.

7. Problem Solving

• Resolve any customer concerns or complaints by taking a proactive approach, investigating issues, and presenting solutions.

8. Market Awareness and Recommendations

• Stay informed about the market, including pricing, products, delivery schedules, and other relevant trends. 

• Share your insights and recommendations based on what you discover and gather feedback from customers. 

9. Professional Development

• Enhance your professional skills by attending workshops, staying up-to-date with industry publications, and expanding your professional network. 

10. Team Player

• Be a flexible team member and take on any other tasks or responsibilities as needed to contribute to our success.

 We are in search of a highly motivated, self-driven and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our dedicated team at LANCO North America Corporation. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in assisting first responders and other emergency preparedness professionals in finding the best shelter solutions and decontamination systems for their needs.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass not only the sale of our manufactured products but also the provision of continuous, top-notch customer service to our existing, past, and potential customers. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the growth and success of our North American subsidiary.
